Services

Thirteen Pandas Inc. provides digital marketing services (including Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram advertising, SEO and websites) and AI agent services (including AI receptionists, lead responders and booking assistants). Specific deliverables, fees and timelines are set out in each client's proposal or agreement.

Free first month offer

Where offered, the first month of Google Ads management is provided without a setup or management fee. Advertising spend is chosen by the client and paid directly to the advertising platform. There is no obligation to continue after the first month. We may limit the number of free-month clients each month.

No guarantees

Advertising and AI results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, calls, sales or return on investment.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, their advertising budget and payment method, and their compliance with laws that apply to their own business.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the services in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
